Our hiring process

3.Initial Review & Interview: Our recruitment team reviews every application within 3 to 5 business days. Shortlisted candidates receive a call for a brief phone screening, followed by an in-person interview.
4.Practical Assessment: Technical & Detailing Roles Only.For detailers and wash technicians, you’ll complete a short 30-minute practical evaluation at our workshop so you can demonstrate your skill set firsthand.
5.Offer & Onboarding: Once selected, you’ll receive a formal offer letter detailing your salary, allowances, and benefits package, followed by our standard onboarding and safety orientation.
