Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Professional Auto Detailer / Polishing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for paint restoration, multi-stage polishing, ceramic coating application, and interior/exterior detailing while ensuring the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-stage paint correction, compounding, and high-end machine polishing to remove swirls and scratches.
- Apply ceramic coatings, paint protection products, and interior surface protectants following strict company standards.
- Conduct comprehensive interior and exterior detailing, including deep steam cleaning, leather restoration, and engine bay cleaning.
- Inspect vehicle paint and surfaces before and after service to ensure flawless quality and eliminate defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workshop environment and detailing studio.
- Troubleshoot paint and surface issues, selecting the correct pads, compounds, and techniques for varying clear coat types.
- Report inventory shortages, specialized detailing chemical needs, and machine maintenance to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in professional auto detailing, paint correction, and polishing is a MUST.
- Hands-on expertise with dual-action (DA) and rotary polishers, ceramic coatings, and detailing compounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering showroom-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vehicles efficiently.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing meticulous, hands-on tasks for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
